Should I do it or I shouldn't do it?

Hello there, I don't know if anyone will read this, nor if they will read it until the end, but I feel like posting this because it has been in my mind too long and probably posting this might help out.

I make drawings using the traditional way, pencil, paper, chinese ink, colour pencil, etc.
Despite only having one deviation here, I have lots of drawings stuffed in my room, I even have one folder that was so fat because of the bunch of drawings it had inside that it ended up breaking and now I have them in a box, which also got full without even trying.

-"Is that true Mawichan? Then why don't you upload anything you have been here for months already!?"
Because, I didn't have a scanner. I could take pictures with a camera, but I have no camera, neither I have a cellphone now, and either way, pictures tend to decrease the quality of the image, so, for now, if I don't have a digital tablet, is a scanner or nothing, sorry.

...Good thing is, I discovered that my printing machine also works as a scanner, so if I can get it to work with my laptop I shall upload stuff (and then my gallery will be full of my insomniac brain's creations and you will either see how imaginative or how sick I am... ok no, I will keep that to myself a little more).
---------------------------------------
STILL, EVEN IF I GET THE SCANNER TO WORK THERE'S ANOTHER THING.

"oh for God's sake! if you have it what's the problem now!? don't keep the drama woman!"

*sighs* I know, it's just, I don't know if I should upload it here on DA.
I like comics, and I like to draw them, I have already a project (actually 3, but only one is developed beyond the primary idea), it's not like I have their exact dialogs, manuscripts or storyboards made up already, but still I believe the idea is highly developed already, it's not easy, this project is a trilogy (and When I said I have 3 projects, I meant the other 2 are appart from the developed one, so this trilogy counts as one).

It's set up in a fantasy world, so as you can see, it takes time to develop even the setting itself, I made up like 4 or five dimensions, in one of them I invented a whole world, and put more effort into one (or maybe two) of it's continents, I made up an alphabet, and I am working on grammatical rules and giving pronunciation to it.
And I have to make another one too...

It's a big place and I want to talk about the different customs and races and all.
So, there are many, many things I MUST research, before I make stuff.
Despite that, I have developed plenty of things, like the customs, sceneries, places, some local folklore and fairytales, races, that are more escential to the plot, so the others are more for detail. (and other very useful things).

I have been developing this story, for like 3 years already, on my spare time and before I go to sleep, I started it when I was 13. I was such a noob.
Now, all that takes some time, and I am short of it, I am 16, and I have shool to attend and homework to do, and over all, I have too many things to learn.
I consider myself as good at drawing, but I still have much to learn and more techniques it would be nice to master, I want to lean digital drawing and ilustration, 3D modeling, 3d and 2D animating and I want to learn how to make music using softwares.
Also It's difficult for me to bring the drawings to digital, because again, I don't have a tablet, and it's too difficult to do it with mouse, also I don't have the proper sofware (I got Paint Tool SAI, but I don't know how to use it yet) and 3d suff is quite hard. sure, doing it the traditional way is no problem but I eventually I will have to take this project into more media, and I want to be multimedia myself.
I believe I will eventually become a multimedia artist (if I can complete my studies on graphic design is very likely haha, I have been studing it in the preparatory school I am in and I have learned a lot!)
It will take time, but it will be finished some time.

"Mawi, do your tons of drawings have to do something with your projects?"

Yes, almost all of them are from that certain developed project, because if something is friggin worked up in that thing are the characters, oh I have so many now ;w;
Characters are hard to develop you know, you have to work on their appearance, personality, place in the plot, their importance, make sure they can exist without creating unbalance in the story, keep them in character and avoid Mary Sues and Gary Stus, making backstories for them if necessary, develop their relation with other characters, etc. so yeah, and since it started when I was a super noob they went through many changes, updates on their looks due to artwork evolution and change, personality adjustments, introducing new characters, maturing and forgeting about crappy plots and character clichés... but it was worth it :iconrlytearplz:

In short, although I don't have the comic done, I have tons of drawings of the characters, complete body designs, face design, (for you to see their face and hair better) and its colour versions. there are also some fragments of the comics (only two maybe), two alternative comics (AU) and many other  things about them.

among my collection there are other few drawings not too related with said project and might be random stuff or things like MAWICHAN'S DOODLE UNIVERSE those are just drawings I make using a chibi version of me like a character and draw weird or stupid things, most of those doodle's are "diaries" made like 4koma comics, I call them MAWI'S COMIC DIARIES, so far i have made 9 of them, and four of pure random strips, these comics are more personal, but not too much in case I want to post them (and because they are only to remember the things i found fun or worth remembering).

But the thing is, would you read any of it?

Of course I'll read it! (sorry for the late reply, got caught up in some things ^^;)
If it's anything like the small bit I read then I can't wait to see what you have come up with!
